If your kimono is not the right size (information on sizing is here) or you have changed your mind on the style or colour then I can exchange if I have the replacement kimono in stock. If not and you would like a refund we can issue you this as long as the original kimono is returned within 14 days. Refunds can only be issued if the kimono is returned in the same condition as it was sent.

Unfortunately, I cannot supply shipping labels for any returns at the moment so these will be at the cost of yourself. However, I will be looking to change this policy in the future.

If you feel your kimono is not as expected please do let me know how you think I could improve anything. I think most things have been thought out thoroughly but it is always good to hear from customers and feedback is always welcome.
