The House Kimono - Long and light gown

The House Kimono was designed without work in mind, it's to be worn in the home to relax in for men and women. It is the longest, loosest design and made in lightweight organic cotton. It can be fully wrapped and tied into place for modesty or can be tied at the front like the other kimono designs for a looser feel. You can leave the waist flat or there is a cord channel on the back which can be pulled to create a feminine waist. It has the two deep front pockets and the internal phone pocket.

There are two collections of House Kimonos, the original collection is costed at £120.00 and these are made in Portugal in 100% Organic Cotton Canvas and garment dyed. There is limited stock of these kimonos as production has moved into the UK for easier management and to make smaller limited edition collections.

The new collection of House Kimonos are made at a family run unit in East London who Olivia has worked with for many years. The kimonos are made in small batches from dead-stock fabrics and these are costed at £150.00. The amount of kimonos made per fabric will vary with what meterage is on the roll. These rolls are seconds fabrics (meaning they could have minor faults) or leftover amounts found in a fabric warehouse in London. Using up these already existing rolls means we can give a forgotten roll of fabric a new lease of life. Olivia's years of experience means she will select only high quality natural fibres, this takes several visits and many hours to select the perfect fabrics for each collection.

Sustainably sourced fabrics, 100% recyclable.
